《旅游学刊》中国旅游研究年会
（三号通知）
一会议宗旨
1978年全面改革开放开创了中国旅游业发展的新局面，伴随中国旅游业的蓬勃发展，中国旅游研究也走过了40年。《旅游学刊》作为一个开放的学术平台，见证了几代旅游学人的辛勤耕耘和中国旅游研究体系的日益成熟。结合时代背景，为探讨适应国家旅游发展的战略需求和推动中国旅游研究的前沿理论与实践问题，加强旅游学界与政府管理部门及业界的沟通和交流，组委会将于2017年11月16—19日以“中国旅游研究40年：反思与前瞻”为主题，在北京举办“2017《旅游学刊》中国旅游研究年会”系列活动。届时，将邀请有关单位领导、国内外著名旅游专家，《旅游学刊》读者、作者共聚一堂，秉承年会“前沿•理性•责任”的永久主旨，重点关注旅游公共服务与管理、旅游研究的理论与实践关系、旅游管理系统与科学范式、旅游制度变革的热点与焦点、“”与旅游、乡村旅游与旅游乡建等理论与实践相交融的前沿问题，分享中外旅游研究的前沿话题和最新成果，引领中国旅游学术研究的发展，共商中国旅游及旅游研究的未来发展之路。

Fevzi Okumus 教授
美国中佛罗里达大学酒店管理学院
Dr. Fevzi Okumus is a Professor within the Hospitality Services Department at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. He was the founding Chair of the Hospitality Services Department from 2007-2013. He received his PhD in Strategic Hotel Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
His research areas include strategy implementation, corporate social responsibility, competitive advantage, knowledge management, crisis management, destination marketing, information technology and developing countries. He has widely published in leading journals. He has over 220 academic publications (about 100 refereed journal articles, three books, 12 book chapters and 80 conference presentations and reports). His publications have received over 3900 citations and he has an h-index of 31. He chaired/co-chaired and served on numerous PhD dissertation and master thesis committees.
He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (IJCHM) and also serves on the editorial boards of 24 international journals. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He received numerous research awards and recognitions including “The Michael D. Olsen Research Award” in 2016 and “The University of Central Florida Scroll & Quill Society Award” in 2017.
徐惠群（Cathy Hsu） 教授
香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院
徐惠群教授是香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院的副院长(教学项目)。她于 2001 年 7 月加入香港理工大学，在此之前，她曾于美国兩所州立大学任教共 12 年。 徐教授是教科书《Tourism Marketing: An Asia-Pacific Perspective》(旅游營銷:亚 太观点)和《Marketing Hospitality》(旅游接待的市场推广)的领头作者，前者于 2008 年在澳洲出版，後者于 2001 年在美国出版。她所著的《旅游营销》由中国 人民大学出版社于 2009 年出版。徐教授也是《Legalized Casino Gaming in the US: The Economic and Social Impact》(美国之合法化赌场娱乐：对经济及社 会之影响) 一书的编辑及作者之一，该书于 1999 年出版；她编辑的《Casino Industry in Asia Pacific: Development, Operation, and Impact》(亞太地區 赌场娱乐業: 發展,運營, 及影响) 出版于 2006 年。
徐教授的主要研究项目包括旅 游景点景区开发及推广、旅客行为、市场及品牌推广和优质服务、赌场娱乐对经 济及社会之影响、及服務業營銷。她有超过 180 篇论文著作。她也为很多單位担 任过顾问工作，如世界旅游组织、广州岭南国际企业集团、澳门新濠天地、美国堪萨斯卅旅游局、及美国劳伦斯市旅游局。 徐教授是国际旅游研究协会 (Travel and Tourism Research Association) 之董事， 也是《Journal of Teaching in Travel and Tourism》(旅游及观光教学杂志) 之主编 及另八本学术杂志的编辑委员会成员。她被列入《Who’s Who Among Asian Americans》(美藉亚裔名人录) 内。
白秀成(Billy Bai) 教授

Professor, Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies, William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration, University of Nevada Las Vegas, USA
Professor Bai has published research work in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals and won numerous research awards including the Best Paper of the Year for 2015 by Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research. He currently serves on editorial boards of several leading journals and reviews for journals and conferences in hospitality and tourism and service industries. From seminars and workshops to panel discussions, keynote speeches for hospitality and tourism organizations and industry practitioners in many Asian countries and regions, as well as the United States, Professor Bai actively contributes to the hospitality and
